The moves of P&B Procurement in the Feasibility phase are to:

  1. Calculate expected fixed and variable costs of the project.
  2. Furnish a project development and business plan to the client.
  3. Give our specialized advice to proceed or stop the project based on our “Start/Stop” software.
  4. Eventually provide a what to do plan in the “Start” scenario.
